How we are governed

The government of this Congregation is vested in its members who exercise the right of control of all its affairs, subject in legal matters to the Articles of Incorporation granted by the State of Ohio. We hold to the autonomy of the local Church, and we cherish the fellowship of churches united in Association, State and National groups for counsel and co-operation in matters of common concern. While affirming the liberty of our churches, and the validity of our ministry, we hold to the unity and universality of the Christian Church and will unite with all branches in hearty co-operation, and will earnestly seek, so far as in us lies, that the prayer of our Lord for His Disciples may be answered. "That they all may be one."

Officers, Board Members, and Committee Members as specified in the Constitution shall be named/elected at the Annual Meeting of this Congregation, the fourth Sunday of January.
